About this event

When fully realized, Brooklyn Basin will be a new mixed-income neighborhood along Oakland’s waterfront, featuring over 3,000 new homes, retail, parks, and open spaces along 64 acres.

Paseo Estero and Vista Estero are the first phase of building affordable housing within Brooklyn Basin’s master development plan. The communities provide101 affordable family rental apartments and 110 units of affordable senior rental apartments. Community amenities include multi-purpose community rooms, computer labs, fitness center, courtyards, secured bicycle storage, a playground, and an arts and crafts room.
